HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be placed by calling our team sales department at 1-800-255-5299 ext 3. Orders may also be placed by mail or fax (410)750-8682. When ordering please remember to include the style number, colors, lettering information, quantity and sizes. Also, we will need to receive a written copy of the artwork desired along with the personalization information (names, numbers, and positions). Please be sure to include information on how to contact the proper individuals if we have any questions. (Include day and evening numbers.)

It is very important to note the following on custom orders:

• Orders cannot be changed or altered once they have been in process for 48 hours.
• Cancellations or changes cannot be made after an order has been cut or lettered
• Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we cannot guarantee delivery. If a certain delivery date is needed, let us know and we will do everything possible to meet it.
• Every effort is made to match fabric colors as closely as possible. Different dye lots of the same fabric will slightly vary in shade. We are unable, therefore, to guarantee a perfect match everytime.

  PAYMENT TERMS

  Before an order can be processed, 50% deposit is required. Check, money order, or credit card is acceptable. The remaining balance is due before any order is shipped. Purchase orders will be accepted from schools and qualified leagues. Purchase orders must be received and authorized before any orders will be processed. P.O.'s may be faxed or mailed. These orders are billed net 30 days. MasterCard and Visa are welcome at a surcharge of 3%. *Payments must be made by a singer check or money order. (We will not accept multiple checks from group individuals.)

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders will be shipped F.O.B. from our Glenwood, Maryland manufacturing facility. Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available upon request at an additional charge. Returns are accepted only with an authorization number from our customer service department.

WARRANTY

Moyer's Sports will repair or replace any product that is defective in material workmanship. The warranty is for One Year from the date that the merchandise is received. This assumes they are cared for properly and used under normal conditions. Please follow washing instructions.

SAMPLES

Samples are available upon request. In order for a sample to be sent one of the following is necessary:

1. We must receive an authorized purchase order from the school, the school will be billed only if sample is not returned.
2. We can charge a credit card when the sample is shipped. Upon return of the sample the card will be credited. In order to not be billed or have the card credited, samples must be returned within one month of shipment from Moyer's.
